Our job is to support our clients in the implementation and success of their international business plans or plans linked to the linguistic skills of their staff. We have considerable and very varied experience in this area.
You have identified training needs in foreign languages and/or French, but you don’t now how to assess them or what learning packages to choose to achieve the most effective outcome.

JM Formation conducts language tests for your job applicants at the recruitment stage, in the languages of your choice.
Our assessment is carried out in three stages:
- General assessment of written expression and comprehension :
the aim is to assess the command of grammatical structures and the breadth of vocabulary in general topics and as wide a variety of subjects as possible.
- General assessment of oral expression and comprehension :
the aim is to test ease of comprehension; fluency, accuracy, the breadth of vocabulary in expression; and responsiveness when interacting with a native speaker on general topics and as wide a variety of subjects as possible.
- Specific assessment :
linked to the company’s business activity and the job profile sought (the criteria are decided with the client beforehand).
