Who are we?

JM Formation was set up in 2004 by Melitta Janko, a language-learning, translation and coaching professional. Melitta Janko was born and grew up in Austria, has lived in France for years and is completely bilingual. She also lived in Spain for a time, before finally “settling down” in Lyon, with a desire to share her intercultural experience, and help businesses with their international development and to improve the language skills of their staff.

As the director of JM Formation, Melitta Janko has assembled a multicultural team of professional linguists, in foreign languages and French: teachers, translators, interpreters and intercultural coaches, with the shared belief that linguistic fluency, quality and discussion are one of the pillars of any human organisation, whatever it may be.
