COACHING AND FOREIGN POSTINGS – SUPPORT FOR EMPLOYEES AND THEIR FAMILIES

We developed a support scheme for expatriates on behalf of a large multinational in the pharmaceuticals industry. We supported 3 employees and their families. Our job involved work on 3 levels:

• Teaching Spanish
• Preparatory education, dispensed by our Mexican instructor, to help the families better integrate into their new country
• Individual support and coaching
