How to … TRANSFER your DIF (Individual Right to Training)

Don’t forget to transform your DIF (Individual Right to Training) hours!

The transfer … has been postponed!

To have training, employees have long used – or not – their DIF hours, the “Individual Right to Training”.

The arrival of the CPF (Personal Training Account), replaced the previous system. However, the accumulated DIF hours are not lost: they can be transferred to the CPF.

The transfer deadline, previously set for December 31, 2020, has been pushed back by the National Assembly to June 30, 2021.

Your remaining DIF hours are noted on the DIF entitlement certificate issued by your employer and on your pay slip for December 2014 or January 2015.

How to do this

To benefit from these precious hours, you must register them on your CPF online account: https://www.moncompteformation.gouv.fr/

Click on “My training rights” then on “Enter my DIF”. Click on “Enter your DIF balance”. Enter your hours in “My remaining hours”. The euros corresponding to these hours will then be entered on the line below. Don’t forget to save!

This way, you will be able to increase your euro capital for training eligible for the CPF.
